Mouse Cup Dippers

Mouse Cup Dippers are a fun way to eat healthy. Whether you need a quick snack or something to serve at a party, these are a quick and easy food to prepare that we hope will have you and/or your child feeling great afterwards. Feel free to substitute or adjust any ingredients to your liking!

Ingredients and tools (2-3 Mouse Cup Dippers)

  1. 6 oz yogurt of any flavor

  2. Granola

  3. Strawberries

  4. Blueberries

  5. hazelnut spread *if already present-optional

  6. (Condiment) Containers and toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt (1-1.5 ounces) of yogurt in a 3 oz condiment container. (If a condiment container is unavailable, a small cup or even a plate will be fine)

  2. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of granola (0.5-1 ounce) on top of the yogurt. Set aside.

  3. Cut the top of a strawberry and insert a toothpick in the center. Make sure the toothpick sticks out on both ends-one side being short and the other side being long enough to be held.

  4. On the short end of the toothpick, insert a blueberry. Stick the leaves from the strawberry tops (the leaves are not only edible, but healthy!) on top of the strawberry with hazelnut spread or leftover yogurt.

  5. Place your newly constructed strawberry mouse on top of the granola and dip!

Enjoy!
